As the decades passed, the brand wished to revamp its packaging, brand messaging, and visual identity to match it to the evolving customer expectations while keeping the tea quality strong as ever. Supporting them in their journey, we led a full rebrand — redesigning logo, packaging, hoardings, and revamping brand communication — to give Neelam Tea a refreshed, modern face while preserving its legacy. The new visuals emphasize authenticity, strong flavour, and premium craftsmanship; the hoardings and in-market presence amplify this; the packaging now feels both heritage-rich and contemporary. Today, Neelam Tea’s shelf prominence has boosted, consumers perceive it as a premium brand, and they have an improved dealer and retail partner engagement. Alongwith, they have seen an increased brand recall and purchase preference — positioning it strongly for both current markets and future growth.
